  • The rag2-mMyc and rag2-GFP, rag2-dsREDexpress, or rag2-zsYellow transgenes were coinjected into various genetic backgrounds at the one-cell stage of life, and T-ALLs that developed were introduced into recipient animals by intraperitoneal injection. Transplanted animals were scored for T-ALL engraftment at 10, 20, and 30 days. Table is a compilation of the total number of animals that had engrafted disease by 30 days.
